I want to, once again, pass along my appreciation for the partnership you’ve shown on our Civic Campus project. As you know that project had suffered 20 years of false starts, and the only reason it finally happened is because the right partners came together at the right moment, and GenCap is certainly among those critical partners.
Before construction even kicked off, the GenCap team was working to ensure the project got off on the right foot. During construction, your willingness to go above and beyond by identifying not only potential issues but also having carefully thought out solutions has been invaluable. More than anything, I appreciate the willingness the whole team has shown to spend the time needed to walk the ownership group through any questions or concerns and the willingness to make sure we’re comfortable with every aspect of the project. I know that can be burdensome, but it shows how much GenCap truly cares about customer satisfaction.
