David is driven to ensure each project he touches will be a success! His effective leadership allows him to work efficiently and bring high value to his projects.

With almost three decades in the industry, David has led the successful delivery of construction projects in some of the United States’ most challenging climates and dense urban sites. David’s projects range from builds in Prudhoe Bay, Alaska, to Tampa, Florida, Seattle, Washington, and Colorado. With a background in many building and market/customer types, he focuses on customer needs for success. He has extensive experience in commercial, residential, and industrial project types. David carried his own General Contractors license in Alaska (state-tested licensing) until he moved his family to Washington in 2013. He has extensive experience with state, federal, and private projects and has expertise in preconstruction/design and final project completion and delivery feasibility. His experience enables him to provide value, mentorship, and support to his project teams and ensures success for all involved
